Bespoke design is integral to the Laura Hammett approach and every facet of a project is meticulously designed, ensuring that each home is just as practical as it is beautiful.
The team work very closely with each client to provide a highly personal and adaptable service, building strong ongoing relationships where they often work with clients on multiple projects.
With an extensive UK and international portfolio, recent and ongoing projects include a penthouse in The Bahamas, a Grade I listed Georgian townhouse of historical importance in London, substantial family homes in Saudi Arabia and India, private apartments in New York, a contemporary villa in Singapore, family homes in Richmond and Chelsea, a waterfront lake-house in Switzerland as well as a country estate in Yorkshire.
Services
Aaron and Laura are heavily involved in all projects and are supported by a strong team of interior architects, FF&E and procurement specialists, taking each project seamlessly from concept through to completion.
Interior Architecture
The interior architects work closely alongside Aaron and Laura’s creative direction to produce detailed drawing and specification packages and tender documentation. All interior architectural elements are handled in house from space planning; lighting design; joinery, kitchen and bathroom design.
FF&E Design
Run by the associate head of FF&E Sarah Kenny, the FF&E specialists work closely with Laura on the furnishing and styling phase of a project, from bespoke furniture design, soft furnishings, bespoke lighting design, artwork selection to fabric schemes and finish specifications.
Procurement
The head of procurement Taiara Ogbonna handles all aspects of the FF&E delivery from design phase to detailed budgets, all procurement processing, coordination of shipments and final installation on site for a completely seamless delivery and execution.
Design Project Management
The teams closely monitor the progress of all design elements on site to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly, with regular site visits and coordination with all subcontractors and third parties.
Turnkey Styling
Laura and the FF&E team carefully source, curate and dress each project with all decorative items and floral design to create the full lifestyle as the final touch to each project.
