Elite and luxurious, Kensington borough is fourth place in the five of London’s most expensive neighborhoods. It bears the title of “royal village” attributed to it by Queen Victoria, who saw the light of it, as well as boasting iconic institutions like the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Royal Albert Hall.
