Working with an international property developer, we are currently designing the full interior architecture and FF&E for a collection of three super-prime properties, located on the headland above St. Brelade’s Bay in Jersey. Each residence is nestled within its own private gated estate, forming an exclusive coastal enclave of three grand classical mansions. The largest of which- Alexander House- offers nearly 15,000 sq ft of luxury living space, including a cinema, pool, gym, spa and wellness suite and home bar, set in 1.5 acres of landscaped grounds.
